I got the pen for signing checks and professional documents. It starts out fine but long before ink is used up it starts skipping.

Disappointed--these skip miserably. I don't get it, Zebra--I love your Sarasa pens, and assumed these would use the same gel ink...but they don't. Dry, scratchy, and umpleasant!

Comments about Zebra® GR8 Retractable Gel Pens, Medium Point, Black, Dozen:

I really dislike having to write a negative review but....I would "NOT" recommend this pen. You are better off using the cheapest Bic ballpoint than this. When I write with a Gel Ink pen I expect a nice smooth flow of ink and roller ball like writing dynamic. This was the exact opposite of that. It makes it feel like you're writing on sandpaper and it skips a lot. Do yourself a favor. Buy the Pilot G2. They don't look as good as Zebra and they cost more but they are worth it. I would rather have one Pilot G2 rather than a dozen of these Zebra GR8's
