      Love this item. I bought it to give to a friend who is fighting breast cancer. I wanted her to know that I am in support of her especially while she is working on her job. She uses it ever day and loves it! It is very useful in a lot of ways and makes her think of us at the other office supporting her.

                  No, pen refills all vary in length and width. You may get lucky to find one, but Zebra does not offer a matching refill.
