This has been the worst experience of my 12 plus years in purchasing computers for our company. I understand having a problem with a product shortly after purchasing, but I do not understand such terrible warranty service. I have never seen anything like it. Sent it in for repair, took 2 months to get it back after numerous attempts to contact them. Got it back and it still did not turn it on, told them we would not sent it in again so they agreed to send the part only after us first sending in the bad part, had to contact them numerous times to get the new part sent, then that part did nothing to the computer, it still does not turn on. This is horrible, I have never seen a computer company provide warranty service this terrible. I think they must be a one man operation. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Pretty decent computer based on the price and combination. I have tried to build similar one and the price is about the same. Quality wise it is acceptable as this is a 500 dollar range computer, i do not expect everything is going to give a ultra quality on graphic..

Computer tower itself is pretty spacious, and so far it is running well without a problem with original setup. Works fine with me on a daily basis and some gaming during weekend

Thought I would try this off brand because it had everything I needed in a computer at a good price. However, the mother board looked like it was for a laptop. The PCI slots did not line up with the frame and they actually bent the graphics card to get it to fit. Not surprisingly, the HDMI port was not functioning. There was enough room inside the unit for my 20 lb cat to climb in and take a nap. No expansion slots. Graphics card was a quarter of an inch from the processor and the heat that it generated. In all, you could build your own PC and do a better job. I sent this unit back.

great so far was scared cause of the reviews but seems working out good for the price windows 8 awful and one broke hdmi port lucky I had vga cable and input games that it can play are awesome better then playing on a laptop if you buy don't be scared at small mother board its the new kind of board came with 6 cores at 3.30ghz more then what it said it had and same graphics card it said it had I say go for it if you don't want to eat soup for a week compaired to 1k models 580 was nice price games are great.
