We wanted something to use with our ipod touch so we could share music, video or podcast. For the money we could not have asked for better. The speaker quality was amazingly good for the size and price. I like the fact that you can stand the ipod up or lay it down to watch a movie. The only draw back is that the speaker cord is too short. It would be nice if the ipod was more secure when in the stand.

I use this on my desk of my home business and sometimes I'll take it with me in the bathroom when I'm getting dressed. It's battery operated which I didn't realize when I bought it, but now I like this feature. It makes it more portable. My only real complaint is that my iphone leans up against the speaker. It falls when I try to change a song. If it were "connected" somehow it would be much better. Definitely worth the [$] I paid for it. (The next one up was $50 which I wasn't willing to pay.)

    I use this all around the house when I want to listen to my ipod. It has excellent sound for such a small device. The only drawback I see - other than it not charging the ipod, is that it does not have a separate volume control so you have to manuever through the ipod to do so.
