Q: Will this work with the new Kindle Fire HD 8.9" ? Asked on 11/25/2012 by customer Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: The bracket is made to hold the 7" kindle. If the aux out and mini power input are located the same distance apart as the smaller kindle it may work but would sit off center. It includes a second bracket that allows you to connect the ports with loose wire (aux and power) but they're not very long but possibly replaceable. They make other version so I was thinking about contacting iHome for some additional brackets, specifically my wife android phone.
