I have used this product for years and am not happy with the changes. I do not like the flap closure as it limits the amount of papers I can put into each jacket. They are now being made larger too, which I do not love. I am somewhat dissappointed in these changes, as I use these a lot! When traveling I will not be able to acces hotel confirmations as quickly with the flap closure, if I even decide to use it! I do love the jackets though, and will somehow manage to make them work as the old style has, for many, many years. Would not be dissappointed to see the old style back though! Would reccommend these pockets, but would say, that I prefer the old style better. Guess I am not good with change!

I'm a Professional Organizer and I recommend this product to all my clients for paper control. I use these pockets to hold papers for projects in progress. They are easy to locate in a pile, they are heavy enough to stand upright in a folder stand, the side tab keeps things inside. I've also found them to be perfect for the visually impaired - easy to grab and open.

You can see the contents and things do not fall out.
Gusseted file folders keep things in but gusset usually expands and get tangled on hanging file glides and become a mess.

Document management is extremely important in an accounting office, and frequently our clients will bring in additional tax and supporting docs after their initial interview. The Project Jackets are strong and protect the docs nicely (they also have a side flap to secure what's inside). The transparent colors make it easy to spot the document(s) on the desk or in the file.
