Generally, the file drawers are good quality, except for the follower blocks. Being made of plastic with a steel spring just doesn't work. I have the same problem with a different brand of file drawer. Perhaps it's the spring isn't properly positioned, but the compressor lock doesn't lock tight enough. It lets loose very easily, slides out the back of the drawer and, of course, the contents of the drawer follows. It is not possible to adjust the spring without the danger of breaking the plastic block. I am extremely disappointed in this feature.

Even brand new, the drawers do not open and close well at all. The drawers are not on any sort of guide. Material is so thin and flimsy, like a tin can. Way over priced! Cheaply made and I will return it.
