My company uses these envelopes to mail invoices to other companies. Not having to wet the glue prior to sealing it is much more convenient, however if you do not use the product within a few months the glue starts to become inert. As a result I buy small quantities at a time.

The windows for this product are way too big and show more information than just the mail to and return to address. It's not an issue with our checks, but definitely an issue with the envelopes. They are completely useless and now I'm stuck with hundreds.

These envelopes are great if you have to do any sort of mass mailing. I am responsible for mailing out over 200 statements per month and these make the process so much easier and more efficient--no messy moisteners to deal with. My only complaint is that I feel they are a bit pricey (price increased again just recently).

We specifically use this envelope for efficient use of time in mailing checks to vendors. The return address shows as is diplayed on the check through the window, as well as the recipient's address. Works well in QuickBooks applications. These are impossible to find on the shelves in most office supply stores! I was thrilled to learn I could order them online! I just wish they were more popular or known about so that a greater supply would help the cost go down. They are still worth it for us.

I have tried many different types of double windowed envelopes, these are the best I have found. It is easy to seal, does not require you to remove a strip before you can seal, seals quickly (important when you are doing a lot of invoices), and is generally durable.
