Too bad there wasn't a review when I purchased this printer. Looks pretty, easy to set up, but then the paper won't load! Within an hour of receiving it I was at the store to return it!

This is one of the best printers I have ever owned. Extremely easy to set up as long as you following the directions given. The printer lets you know exactly what is wrong when setting up wireless and fax connection. The price is great for a great printer. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

Had an older model of this printer for years and we loved it! When it finally died, we picked up this refurbished model to replace it. It was broken straight out of the box. Piece of junk...the Staples employee told us that this particular model has gotten worse over the years. Picked up a photosmart and we are happy now.

This refurbished printer was nothing short of an absolute joke. The printer straight out of the box, would not even load paper into itself. It is fairly obvious that HP never even bothered checking out this printer when it was returned for at least the first time. HP quality is a complete joke and I will never own any HP device again. Do not buy!!!!
