I will never buy from Linksys again

Mac Users have to call Linksys for Set Up (set up disk not compatible with Mac).
Linksys Tech Support is useless.
I spent literally 3 hours on phone 1st time, 6 hours 2nd time (!!!) being passed from 1 Tech to another, retesting settings and configurations over and over, until they finally agreed the product was defective.
I asked for refund. They would only agree to replacement.
When replacement arrives, I will have to go thru hours of set up process on phone again. I would rather just throw it away.
I will not buy ANY product from Linksys again.

I purchased this to replace another Linksys router that got fried during a strong thunderstorm. It was very easy to set up with clear instructions and works fine with my Linksys Cable Modem. A good buy. Very happy.
