Should not have passed quality control

3/4" tape does not work with this unit. It consistently jams. I exchanged it for another and experienced the same result. You must use 1/2" or 1/4" labels. They do not jam. The case includes 2 3/4" labels. Click in the cartridge and watch it fail to print ):
