We use the Brother IntelliFax2820 as our primary FAX machine in the office. It is very fast, easy to use, reliable, prints clear incoming faxes. We bought one about 2 years ago, and wouldn't have needed this one except that someone was moving it while cleaning the shelf and accidently dropped it. It still worked except for getting the paper crooked.
