I stepped up to a [$] FAX from the [$]ones. Worked great for 1.5 yrs with sending a 23 page faxes about once a month, then it started jamming and would not feed the paper..even with assistance. I I blow dried the machine to remove any dust, fuzz build up it worked twice after then again, not feeding the paper. I have since decided to buy a cheap [$] fax and replace every 1-2 yrs. This is my 4th fax in 4 yrs.

Maybe I'm not the office pro, but I have owned this over 1 yr. and have NEVER had 1 thing go wrong with it. I use it almost daily and it has never disapointed me yet. In fact, I went on line just to see the price of it as I am going to get a second one for my partner as his Brother Fax has been causing us nothing but problems.

machine was so sensitive only certain people can use it or figure it out,print quality is horrible there are lines down the paper and we had to feed the paper in one piece at a time it wouldnt auto feed....ugh!

This is the worst office machine purchase I've made! I have bought Panasonic brand before with good results, but I'm so sorry I bought this one. I purchased 2 machines, both now have either been returned or trashed for another machine. They have roller problems, ink problems, and receiption problems. Don't buy it!
