I would think that most students would need a calendar for coordinating classes and email. This package doesn't include either. You have to spend a lot more money to get those.

I loved XP and Office 2003. I had Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook on that version on my last computer. I loved them.

What happened Microsoft? You blew it with Vista and now you blew it again with Office 2007.

You changed all the menus, graphics and the way you do everything. I have to unlearn all I have come to depend on from MS and learn a new, not logical, not better way of doing things. Its kinda like Windows ME or 3.0

You forgot to put Outlook in this bundle and a guy has to spend MUCH more just to get it. They bundled some organizer that promises much, but is complicated to use.

I looked all over for MS Expressions or Front Page and could not find it anywhere. Not bundled or by itself. What is going on here? Is Microsoft disintigrating form the inside?

If you can buy a copy of 2003, do so... Much better.

Good solid product. A good value for the money. I do miss Publisher which I would get with the Business verson but if you need the basic programs like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, this is your product. It's super easy to install and works well with Vista. You have to rely on the help key to find your way around a bit after so many years on Windows 98. Once you spend the time looking for the "new" way of using the software, it works fine. There are a lot more features than the previous versions and it's just a matter of finding shortcuts in new areas.

I am a happy MS customer and glad that I purchased this product. The next higher version costs quite a bit more and this one makes sense to use for the home user and light business user. For me it's on a second PC so it's a bargain when I don't have to have all of the "bells and whistles" on both computers. Thank you Staples for helping me keep my costs down and getting the most for $$$ spent.

I bought this product because it is necessary for kids in high school and college. It can be load on the home computer as well as the kids' laptops without the extra expense of buying each computer the same software. I wish they would make it 4 or 5 computers to share it on instead of 3.

Although it was easy to install, it is hard to navigate. You have to click on everything just to get to the format or changes you want. It doesn't have enough explanations in the help section to help either.

It's a nightrmare to use with Vista. Icons all look different. It's incredibly frustrating to waste time looking for applications that are suddenly hard to find. It's like getting into a new car and finding that somebody has hidden or moved the steering wheel, gas pedal, and other controls that you never had to think about.
