I use the product for a homeowners association office to print everything. It prints really great. It takes a little too long to scan multipage documents. I also think the size(KB)of the saved scan is to large. I have reduced the pixel size as far as I can without reducing the quality of the image, but the I still think the size is to large. Other than that great machine.

This product is great for a small office. It runs fairly efficiently, but toner does seem to run out quicker than other brands. It is cheaper to replace the machine with a new one, than to purchase the parts when they wear out.

Although still on first toner supplied it seems to function well. Only had a problem feeding envelopes that were 8.5 wide they did not seem to fit in the 8.5 wide aux feed tray. So we turned them and the addresses 90 degrees and fed them that way and the fed smoothly.
