This shredder appears to be well built, with some safety features welcomed. Used for some business and personel shredding and needed one with power and shredding capacity. Overheating was a concern on most that I looked at and the Fellows seems to have that cured for the amount of shredding that I will do. Also shorter down time when overheated. 20 minutes compared to others of 40 to 80 minutes to cool down. Too new to give more detail about its use. My only complaint--MADE IN CHINA. and I really tried to find one made in the USA and could not for the price paid. Overall, nice unit.

I tend to let my shredding pile up. This shredder does not jam up easily so it makes my job go quickly. It is a definite improvement over other models I have bought. I wished it had a longer shred time and a shorter cooling down period.
