I have to fax regularly and also scan documents for e-mailing to clients and to my office. This machine is so quick and easy to use. I love the functions it has and how easy it was to install to work with my Mac. I have had several laser printers and paid plenty for them, but none have been as good as this one.

Am a small business and this product does everything but fix breakfast plus is resonably priced for all it does. This is the easiest printer I have ever set up. Comes with a second drawer and it is so easy to add. The machine is so self-explanatory by looking at the buttons that a manuel wouldn't even be necessary. This product is top of the line...

Great printer with super output in color and black and white. Scanner and copier work great as does the occasional fax. The only problem I have encountered in the year I have owned it, is that envelopes get crinkled. Yes, there is a setting all the way in the back that can be set to prevent that. But who wants to go to the back of the machine, find the setting for one or two envelopes? That part definitely needs improvement by at least moving it to the front. Replacement cost of the toner is extremely expensive, running to about half the cost of a new machine.
