Easy setup with cd. No outside help needed. Even though the network router is secure, How secure is the remote transmitter? I have no documentation on this.

I was having all kinds of trouble with my previous 802.11a/b/g Netgear USB adapter (WG111v2)...it would frequently lose connection with my new router the Netgear WNR2000 wireless-N router or just be horribly slow. Before that I had an early Netgear wireless-a/b/g router and the WG111v2 had intermittent connection problems with that router too. So I was hesitant to buy this adapter, but I had a good coupon/deal so gave it a try. I am pleased to say so far so good! Good, solid, fast connection speed and, to date, no drops to speak of. I haven't yet tried PC-to-PC connectivity, which I've had the problem in the past of being too slow, but connection to the internet is solid.
