Easy to use, not the best sound

I use this to record audio to later sync with video for interviews. I would have rather bought something bigger and better. This has too much handling noise and the built-in mics are noisy. It would be better if it had more levels of mic sensitivity. The interface is easy to use and getting the files on the computer is simple. If you are not trying to get amazing audio, it is great. But not so much if you want crystal clear sound.

Use the product to record church services then download to computer to burn CD-ROMs. Also cut the sermons from the recordings using the cut feature, download just the sermon to the computer and upload the sermon to the church website. Sound quality is excellent for both purposes.

It picks so much noise that I cannot hear my voice if it is 2 feet away. Also, the volume is so low that it sounds very slim even when I play back on my laptop at the highest volume.

files that are were loaded onto the computer are played by windows media player. Not able to do a slow forward or a rewind.
