Misleading marketing ploy!

They fail to clearly note that you cannot use this with any previously created QB file. This is a disguised marketing ploy. [...]i am appealing directly ti Intuit for refund.

I am a lawyer who does not charge hourly, but set a flat rate depending on the nature of the case, etc. This product really does not work well for a service-oriented businesses like mine where prices vary per job. Cannot customize my invoice "items" except one-at-a-time so it needs constant amending with each new client; cannot customize my statements to look like my invoices. Cannot customize my records with my own payment plan options.
