Great buy for the price for a 23" LCD.
Am using in a dual display with DVI (it also has VGA input)
Adjustability is great for tilt, but no height adjusts which isn't a problem for me.
Plug and play with no worries on Se7en.
Also have Acer LCD's on 2 other desktops for a couple of years without any issues.
