Bad:
Poorly sized and wrongly placed arrow keys.
Sticky track pad - not smooth enough.
Heavy; not unbearable though.
Very poor internal mic - cant use for anything; many recorded complaints with HP laptops.

Good:
Nice and silent keys[except for that arrow keys].
Exclusive num pad, if you need one.
HDMI Output.
Internal Intel graphics is good enough for Aero performance.
3GB standard is good - you can't manage with 2GB. OS and junks load for around 1GB.
Good enough web cam - pre-installed software to skew, provide background, etc. Not working with Google's Video Chat via iGoogle/Chrome; might be a problem with Flash plugin.
Cheap!
Nice display - 16:9; very good for movies
