We have four levels in our home and have not had any problem with the quality. We also notice that anyone we are talking with have no complaints about the reception from us. We do use the speaker function on the different levels.

The phones work great and nice to handle.
We had some problems with a garbled reception. We did have two phones in one office.
We removed one phone figuring feedback was the problem--appears we were right.
Overall we are very happy with our purchase.
