As a user of Act! from before version 6, this one (finally) works like it used too and has a bunch of features (especially Facebook, maps, websites, etc) that bring it up to date. Finally - they got it right.
As to easily working with a Blackberry (without paying a monthly fee), they are not yet there. I do the Outlook automatic update (1-way) and add new stuff ONLY via Outlook tasks (that sync). Perhaps convoluted, it works.

This is very useful and powerful software that will make my business much more efficient. I had to bring in an ACT certified tech to help set up and get us started so there may be some expense beyond the price of the software for first time users. Excellent contact manager. Highly recommended. Staples has it for a great price at [$].
