First off, this folder is not a terrible folder it just was not what I had in mind when i made the purchase.
If you are a typical student in college or high school and you are looking for a folder that:
-Protects documents
-Keeps them nice and organized
-Have a durable folder
Then I'm sorry to say, this folder is not for you, to begin I had to wait a prolonged amount of time due to the unfortunate weather, and when I finally received it weeks later, I was not impressed, the folder was damaged already in the shipping, so if it couldn't handle a car ride in a cushion bag how would it fare in a hustling hall of young adults in a school? Thus, demonstrating the flimsiness of it. But I said "Hey, doesn't matter it was probably gonna be damaged anyway eventually!" So I flipped open the cover and lone and behold there are NO POCKETS in the folder! Surprised, I tested it out by placing sheets of paper into it placing back the elastic bands and began to shake it trying to replicate what it would be like walking from class to class, after just TWO shakes papers began to slowly slide and eventually fall out! I would not recommend this folder at all to anyone if what I said before applies to you.
Overall it was cheap, flimsy and not worth the wait.

Keep nearly anything organized and neat with this terrific product. Use it for anything you want to break into categories, as opposed to dates, i.e., bills by category, rather than when to pay them. Great for info or correspondence by department or by staff member, or travel info by destination or by interests, e.g., beach, skiing, hiking, must-see-museums. Organize recipes by type of cuisine or appetizers, entrees, desserts. Use it for family health records, savings or investment account info, and practically anything else you can think of.
To easily change the categories shown on the cover, use stick-on labels, such as for file folders or label printers. In a pinch you could use masking tape that you write on. And nothing will fall out of this folder because the elastic straps keep everything secure.

This is the best product for organizing paperwork and to be more accessible than the accordian style folder. Very neat!

I am a teacher and while I'm organizing lessons for the following week I put them in order using Monday through Friday as my tabs. Because there are ten tabs, you can use the other five to plan two weeks in advance or use the other tabs for parent notes, ogranization, memos, letters, or spare lessons.

I am a surgical scheduler and this is perfect to keep me organized and on top of all my cases. Wouldn't change a thing about it.
