I use it for my daily action items. It's easy to have a to-do list, but what is the point if all my documents aren't also organized, stacked up and ready to go. I prioritize from front to back, what paperwork needs to be taken care of first, and the colors help (red, yellow, blue in order of importance).

I have a problem with paper clutter. This really helps to solve the problem.

Only con: Pendaflex doesn't state on the packaging what writing material to use on the tab. Don't use dry erase board, which I mistakenly did.

I am planning on buying more. Thanks Staples for carrying this valuable product, I couldn't seem to find it anywhere else.
