This stapler is wonderful. Never liked an office product so much! I stopped in Staples on my way to work & got this stapler & the new staple remover (intended for my home use) I used them all day at work and although I brought them home for use here as intended, I plan on buying another for work. Most staplers make my wrist and hand hurt after using them for a while but this one is different because it doesnt cause any strain on my hand or wrist. Thanks for a great product that has so many advantages!

Nice appearance and nice feel. But I have now had two of them which both jammed after the first staple.

No instructions or mention of proper staple size. I used brand-name staples which work in our other office-type staplers.

Either the stapler innards are poorly designed or quality control is poor

This stapler is awesome. I knew OXO from my kitchen, and was excited to see the stapler. This thing goes through 20 pages like it's nothing. I have yet to have a staple jam and I use it everyday. As a former teacher, it would be great for the classroom.

This product jammed after 3 light duty uses (4 pages or less). I was unable to remove the jam and thus have not been able to use this new product. I have not been able to find my receipt(since I did not think that I would need to return a stapler!)and so I have not been able to return this product.

The stapler was perfect for what I needed. The majority of the stapling I do is a small number of pages and I tend to just hold them together with my left hand and staple them with my right. I generally don't place them down on table or other surface. For that reason this stapler fit the bill perfectly for what I needed.

It is not the sturdiest of construction and therefor would probably not make a great office stapler for heavy usage or many pages. This is why I would only give it a 4 star rating.

For light to moderate home use it is more than durable enough.
