It is loud since I have it sitting on my desk. It would be better if I could locate it further away. The handset gets nocked off easily. I have to check it frequently to make sure it isnt knocked off.

it was on the discount shelf. I bought it with no instructions or box. It was fairly easy to get working. I had to replace all the toner though, which was a minor inconvenience. Havent got to put it through the ringer yet.
