Easy assembly. I am glad to be using this instead of regular chair. I am up and down alot and had hip problem/tailbone problem. It took a little time to get used to this, but it does make you sit more actively...Makes you use your stomach muscles, hard to slouch. I like it better than the home office traditional chair, and would switch if my husband could adapt to a chair like this one.

I have had this chair for over 8 years and it doesn't get any better than this. I have lower back problems and tend to slouch in regular chairs. Unlike with regular chairs, my spine is not compressed; the weight is on my legs. I can sit at my computer for hours without any discomfort. It feels so much more natural to sit in a knee chair.

I had chronic low back pain induced by handling PC rather extensibly. When I do not handle PC for several days, the pain goes away.

I was hoping that this kneeling chair would help me to relieve my chronic low back pain from handling PC, but it did not and I felt more back strain.

If you have been sloutching in your chair, this is going to hurt you back, because you need to strengthen those muscles. Second, a kneeling chair should never hurt your knees.You shouldn't be sitting on you knees.The knee rest is just that a place to "rest". Sit in the chair with out using the rest,knees slightly apart and then put you knees on the rest.made in China, low price, want good? USA

this chair doesn't make you kneel at all. It's like a regular chair with a knee rest. It's harder on the back to use this chair.

It does seem to relieve pressure on my back but it's just not usable as an office chair because you can't sit on it for more than an hour or maybe two. The fabric is rough and the padding is neither thick nor firm enough.

You need a high desk if you want your thighs to be able to go under when using this chair. It chafes the knees and buttocks and your knees will ache but your back will feel fine. I imagine it would be a much nicer chair if it had better padding (like those foam mattresses) and if you were able to tilt the kneeling platform a bit.
