This flash drive is absolutely perfect to carry on a chain around your neck packed full of all the personal medical information that could save your life in the event of an injury or serious illness.

When EMT professionals show up on the scene, they will immediately notice that you're carrying a flash drive around your neck. I mark mine with a red cross to indicate medical information. Since all medical response vehicles carry a laptop computer, it's a simple matter for them to insert my flash drive to view critically important aspects of my medical history. It's like having another form of life insurance.

I bought this flash drive because I wanted to use it to carry around files that I use on multiple computers. It works fine for that. I'm not crazy about the fact that it automatically tries to load the U3 software when you insert it. It's also a little too wide and on my laptop it blocks the adjacent USB port. I almost didn't buy it because it's only available in purple. Seems like they should have chosen a different color if they wanted more male buyers to purchase it. Ultimately, I will end up sticking it in my router's USB port where it will act as NAS. Then I will buy a slimmer flash drive to carry around.
