Simply doesn't work. Contacting the manufacturer was useless. Waste of my money and very disappointed. At least it was fairly cheap. Other users on the Internet report similar disappointment.

Tried to connect laptop with printer which is 6' away and sometimes it worked and most of the time it didn't. Flimsy construction on the PC adapter,
it keeps wanting to fall sideways. Waste of money.

The product packaging tells you in fine print on the back that this device does not support isosynchronous devices, such as webcams, speakers, or microphones.

Staples - please update your product description to include these limitations!

I have been looking for a product like this for some time - to be able to print directly from my laptop without having to rely on a Windows home network or on a stationary computer sitting next to the printer.
I have been having problems lately with the Windows Printer Sharing, which does not always seem to recognize my laptop when I try to print. This wireless USB kit solved my problem.
Setup was fairly a no-brainer, and took almost no time to connect.

hooked it up to my 1TB hard disk drive and now using it to backup data from my laptop while sitting on the couch.speed is not exactly the same as wired but the convenience is worth it..

This is worthless. I have reinstalled and uninstalled the software several times. I have tried repeatedly to get it to work and it will not. I have been successful up to the point that I get the two dongles to talk to each other, then when I plug one into the printer, the one attached to the laptop will not connect with it. I have tried line-of sight about 10 feet and I have tried having it right next to the printer and nothing works. The directions are terrible. they are on a small piece of paper and are drawings only with no text. The exact same set of useless directions is on the disk. the troubleshooting portion of the disk was no help at all.
