Seagate software tries to load all the time when USB-connecting but i get around it with right clicking on icon and using Windows Explorer.

conflict in messaging - backup works but you still get error messages that contradict the backup - you can go to my computer and check the drive and see all your files, but still get an error message that says the same files didn't back up.

Also when you do online chat support they readily agree that their program doesn't support backing up Microsoft Outlook and that you have to talk to Microsoft to do that. Not helpful.
