I was able to put my laptop, associate paraphernalia, some hardcopy documents, and a few articles of clothing in this carrying case. The various sections make it easy to separate items -- and find them when you need them.
It comes with a shoulder strap. But I found that, when fully loaded, it was too heavy to use the shoulder strap. The rollers were a great convenience for this reason.

The velcro strips for the top of the laptop don't just hold the computer but all the files in that section and it is too loose if only a laptop. I liked it better in the store than actually using it. If I could I would return it.

Use it to carry computer and teaching supplies. Works very nicely, but would like additional capacity.

The zippers were broken on the first day I purchased the product. They were not attached to the bag well at all.

I am so glad Staples still carries this! This is my second purchase of this bag. As a 20yr. career Flight Attendant; this is the perfect tote! Big enough for 1-3day trips,and for any shopping I do overseas. The large fabric handles make it easy to hook on to my big rolling bag--other hard-type handles don't fit. The zipper pulls do pop off; but replace them with zip-strips! Works better and lasts longer. I had a friend replace the wheels with skate-roller wheels..runs smooth as silk. The handle is long enough for us tall gals. I found it to be very sturdy; and I live out of my bag.
