poor quality cartridge

Cartridge is of poor quality, and short, uneven life. It tends to clog up quickly, especially if not used for a few days, requiring frequent and wasteful cleaning operations. Uneven color wear means short life. As much as 3/4 of the estimated life as measured by Lexmark software could not be used because one color or another would run out first. Spend the few extra dollars for the genuine Lexmark. It is somewhat better, but not as good as it should be, either.

I have used these cartridges for as long as I can remember. They are inexpensive and hold more ink than the "name brand" cartridge and I can see no difference in the quality of the printing. More ink, less money, can't go wrong!
