menu is unstable; tried to get BLACK printing and always comes out blue!!! Followed all prompts, set menus. \n\nNext time, HP.

it's a little more than i wanted to pay, but it's about the same price all over, at least with staples, im getting a good company to back the product with. if there was a problem, i know that staples would take care of it.

The cartridges are okay. Lexmark products in general are okay for home use. Iwouldnt buy lexmark for professional use, however
