I bought this product as a less expensive alternative to the Canon inks, but soon found that the red ink clogged the print head so that it would not work. I had to replace the print head, thereby eliminating any savings (and then some!).

Sometimes the print has "runny" lettering. In general, most of the Staples Brands items have worked great EXCEPT the 12 pack of Staples colored gel sticks. [...]
