We used this product for workshop attendees. The rings were easily opened and closed, but not so easy they'd spring open unintentionally. The four pockets were a nice feature, and the green color was pretty, and so much more interesting than the same old same old black or white. I will definitely use this again for seminar attendees; it's a nice, quality binder.
