This is the first time that a brand news color cartridge is printing as if it is on its last legs. I think the cartridge may be defective or the ink dried up. Will be returning the prodyct to the store this week. Normally I would say this is a very good product. Think I just got a lemon this time around.

this product is far superior to the off brands - the only downside is the price - it costs so much money to make copies now - the printers are cheap, but the ink is way overpriced
