It is shameful this chair only comes with Carpet type rollers. Then to add insult to injury the next day after purchase Staples sends an email that says that if you need hardwood rollers they are available for another $54.00. bummer. That should be a choice on purchase!

This chair was purchased to replace another chair that I had bought. I use it at work at my computer desk, and it is very comfortable. The workmanship is great, and I love the way it feels and looks. The price was high, but you get what you pay for!

This chair replaces a much more expensive traditional leather chair that broke. It is more comfortable than the previous chair and we were pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was to assemble, but it takes two people, one to hold the pieces and the other to assemble and screw the parts in. We thought it was a little pricey so we waited for a coupon.
