Nice desk...EXTREMELY HEAVY. Needs to go into a corner, pretty stury once in the corner.\nNot really difficult...just prepare to spend time doing it...took me alone about a football game and a half to complete.\nAlso, when putting on the back panels, make sure you nail the shelves in as well, this way they do not move around and will help keep the drawer in place.\nWould recommend to someone.

After a month of use, the writing surface is showing signs of wear and tear. You can't expect much for a desk of this price, but one would at lease expect the writing surface to be durable.\n\nThe "sticker" they used to create the writing surface is very thin and easily tears and wears out with sharp objects. They should have used a ticker more durable material instead of paper overlays.

This is a very nice desk for not a lot of money, we had to replace our 10 year old desk that was falling apart after 4 long distance moves, it is particle board so you have to use care in moving it as it is very heavy, will it break if moved long distance? Probably, but for the price it is still a good deal, just be carefull and have 2 people lift it to move, do not try to drag it.\nwith a lcd monitor there is a lot of smooth level working space and a place for your cpu and many chathka's

This desk was so hard to put together! I took me over 4 hours to put togeter. This items takes two people to assemble, the desk top is very heavy. When moving the desk to its location the small bottom shelf fell off. It is very difficult to move.
