The chair was exceptionally easy to assemble, but was missing the allen wrenches needed to tighten some of the fittings. Also missing were two fasteners that are intended to help hold the back to the top of the arms--I'll be heading back to the Staples store to get these: hopefully without a problem. I spend hours each day in front of my computer and this chair provides great comfort and support for me, even though I'm 6 ft. tall and weigh 200 lbs.

This chair was okay, but I could have used a cushier seat. I wish the arms would adjust so it would fit under my desktop better. It looks great and was super easy to assemble. NO TOOLS and I didn't even break a nail.
