I have used several thousand sheets of this paper over thepast 2 years.\n\nI have run into several packs of this paper where the scores for the tri-fold were either so deep that the paper tore when folded, or so shallow that the paper did not want to bend in the proper line.\n\nStaples always refunded me when I had an issue.

This was used to make my own company brochures. Excellent quality. The only problem I ahd was making sure I put the paper in correctly so I could fold it the correct way. Other than that I love the product. much better than the glossy.
