I previously had this transcriber and when it no longer worked, I wanted to get the same kind. My only comment is that it only lasted about a year and had to be replaced, but fortunately I was able to get the same kind.

When I purchased a camera for my granddaughter. I dcided to get the Replacement Plan since there was a problem with her previous camera. There was no presure from the sales person which I liked. He gave me a very complete explanation when asked for additional information. I have always been satisfied with products from Staples.
