We had a 2-battery charger in our office and wanted something that would hold more batteries at once. I ordered this unit, thinking how great it would be to charge 4 at once. Total waste of money - we've tried unplugging it after use, different batteries - nothing works. It barely holds a charge for a DAY. I'm ordering another one from Duracell... at least it wasn't big bucks, but still very annoying to get such a poor product. Staples shouldn't even carry this brand.

I bought this product and it stopped working after one week. You take it out of the plug and put it back in and it starts working for 10 minutes and turns off again. Waste of money!!!

does not work, worked for a week or so, then has not charged anything since. I am finally breaking down and buying another one.
DO NOT BUY - quality is very poor
