Very pleased with this shredder, however I had to buy a floor model. Hopefully it is not discontinued. The front load is exactly what I needed. I don't see any others out there with that feature. Great shredder

We need to shred 500 - 1000 pages of confidential documents at the end of each day. This does the job in a way that protects this info. If your need is greater than this, it would need to be spread through the day or find a larger capacity shredder.

Has worked well in our office for moderate shredding. Needs lubicated frequently - Staples Brand lubricating sheets work well - however you must use lubricate button on shredder and not Staples sheets directions in order to turn off lubricate message. Have not had any problems so far and we are genuinely happy with the product.
