easy to install, easy to use, and easy to navigate. i have had NO problems with slowing or freezing of my computer like some reviews have said. could it be they have older computers or prior virus damage? i know my new HP with a P7350 and 4gigs of ram handles NORTONS 360 with ease. it regularly clears cookies, spyware attempts, registry errors, and much more. i use it on another laptop in my wireless network with no problems either (HP DV6928). i am not sure where the complaints i have read from others comes from? it has been flawless for me.

I sent this product back to Norton. Not only did it freeze and hang my computer (I could not turn it off; I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail), it interferes with many other applications. Impossible to turn off firewall permanently.

I have 3 computers (Per and Bus). On the Vista machine, Norton 360 seems to work OK. But on both XP-SP2 machines it seemed to have conflicts with the file system (e.g. when using Windows Explorer for creating/deleting/renaming files and/or directories, the machine locked up). I tried everything, but I finally gave up and went back to an old security software that is only XP compatible. Maybe there's a trick to making it work, but I don't have the time to play games.

I have been using Norton 360 for about 3 months now and I really love this product. It may not be for the super-users out there that want to configure everything. I am fairly involved in what is going on with my system and N360 is the right balance of hands off and configureable if you want to.\nThe best thing about this software is that it actually sped up my system. It really seems to use much less overhead than the software that I was using.
