This watercooler is awful, when compared to any other that I have or have seen. You have to take the cap off the eazy-pour bottle to dump the water in-old style, Too low to use the buttons effectively, Spigots not far enough out to pour large containers without spilling. Can't turn off the hotwater manually. Hot water comes out SO slow, because of bad vacuum design. Buy something at a [...]!

If I could give zero stars, I would... I purchased this water cooler in the beginning of June. The hot water tap didn't work and within a day the cold water tap stopped working. [...] exchanged the item for me and it worked for about 6 week. The 2nd cooler sprung a leak and leaked about 5 gallons of water on my carpet. This unit is cheaply made and not worth the money. Thank god [...]has a great return policy and I got my money back! Also, this unit is unusually low to the ground which makes it uncomfortable to use. My advice is to spend more money on a better quality unit.

HOT WATER DISPENSER POURING @ 50%CAPACITY. COLD WATER VERY GOOD, RETURNING THIS ITEM WILL BE AN INCONVENIENCE, SO I WILL KEEP IT.

Everything about this product seemed like a poor design. you had to drain water every time you put a new tank on, it wasn't tall enough for being on the floor (you had to bend WAY down to get water) but it was too big for tabletop. It seemed flimsy. In general, just a waste. I sent it back pretty quickly and bought a different product.
