Overall the printing in monochrome is very efficient! The scanning and copying is average and gets the job done. I rarely use for faxing and the only thing I wish this MFC was capable of doing is both wired and wireless capability simultaneously. I use for my home office but like to be able to use when printing on any laptop in the house.

We have had this printer about 5 months and there have been absolutely no problems. Our small company uses this printer/fax machine numerous times throughout the day. It's copy/fax feeder works very quickly. We are constanly impressed on how fast it reads and sends faxes. The feeder also handles 15 or more pages without any papers getting stuck. Also when I print lables from my computer, the printer somehow knows and doesn't print until I feed the lables in manually. The High Yield Toner also lasts about 2-3 months which is good in comparison to others.

Was not so hard to set up. I print wirelessly from the office. I attached it 2 ways cable and my laptop wirelessly. It does not take a long time to start a print job. I had another brother before this one that broke down right after a year was over. The other one cost me almost double, and it cost me a lot in toner. This one is pretty nice and the toner lasts.
I had it for 6 months now hope it lasts.

I bought this all in one copier after high recommendation from a relative. Everything looks to be as expected however, it did not include a cable to connect to my computer and I couldn't make the wireless connection work. I had to go out again and purchase the $15 cable in order to use my printer which was very disappointing. I think I pay enough for the printer it should include the cable and do not have to go through the hassle of shopping around for a cable.
