I have had no problems with this product until recently. I maintain a group with about 20 of these. 2 out of 6 that were bought in the last 4 months, were Out of Box Failures, having paper feed problems. To their credit, both Staples and Brother have been very responsive to swapping these units out.

This product does not have a flip top copier, so it is impossible to copy pages of different sizes. If you only ever need to copy 8.5 by 11, it would probably be fine.
