Terrific sales personnel! I accidentally left the drum attachment with the empty cartridge. Upon discovering my message I immediately telephoned the store and the person who answered went to the recycle bend and locate the discard and left it at the check-out counter where I picked it up the next morning. An extraordinary feat! I am very appreciative and will definitely return to the store.
